Coaching the Journey

It is my hope that you are able to gain enough of an understanding and direction from Vision Improvement Coach to get started on your own journey of improving your vision.  In fact, it pleases me greatly when someone is able find their way home to clear vision by learning what to do and just going for it.

I want to share with you as much as I can-- and I know that some things can’t be learned through a website alone.  I can give you the information, but I can’t give you the experience.  You have to actually do it.  Having a coach help you through the process can be an invaluable asset.

Look up and away. Breathe. Blink. Then come back!

Guidance for Success

Our success in improving our eyesight has a lot to do with relearning the proper habits that produce clear vision.

Habits are formed in a very particular manner.

Not only do we want to engrain certain habits of good vision, we also want to let go of the old habits that create our poor vision.  In order to re-learn and integrate good vision habits Vision Improvement Coach can help guide the experience by providing tools for

  • Consistency
  • Quality
  • Group Mentoring

If you are really serious about improving your eyesight, you have to make sure that you are consistent with your practice.

You need to be consistently palming and resting your eyes, consistently swinging and sunning, and doing the activities, exercises, and games on a daily basis to regain those new habits.

When people fail at regaining lasting improvement with their eyesight, a lack of consistency is often a contributing factor.

When it comes to improving our eyesight there is a conundrum that occurs when we understand that vision is effortless.

And then there are theses activities that we are supposed to do to help us regain certain visual habits.

If we approach those activities with effort and strain, they don’t necessarily help us in the long run. There is a certain quality to the activities that can allow them to be restful to our vision and help regain effortlessness with our eyesight.

It is conceivable to palm every day, several times a day, and to do It with strain.  So its one thing to first be consistent in doing the right things, and then it is also important to be consistently doing the right things with the correct approach and quality of experience.

Benefits of a Shared Experience

It can be helpful to be a part of a group of people who are actively practicing and improving their eyesight together.

Vision Improvement Coach provides a format for people to come together with their shared stories and experiences.  When we are able to catch each others stories and ask good questions of each other, we create new levels of opportunity for learning.

Coaching and Mentoring

Coaching--Allow the coaching process to keep you inspired, informed and oriented, and consistent in your practice.  Stay on track and keep on the path.

Mentoring-- The mentoring process allows for individuals to connect on a personal basis, integrate skills into the larger context of our lives, and increase the effectiveness of reaching our goals.

I hope that Vision Improvement Coach is able to give anybody the correct information and the correct orientation on how to improve their eyesight.  To effectively communicate the things to do and the things not to do.

I also hope that Vision Improvement Coach can provide the opportunity for people to connect with a qualified vision improvement teacher and have the support of a community of people with a shared goal.
